This home has a main home (2 story) with an attached apartment.  The security and audio distribution systems are zoned to provide separate control in the main-home-area and apartment-area.  Structured wiring for video, audio, telephone and Ethernet was installed.

The client finished the 2500sqft lower level and constructed a 500sqft addition to house a resistance swimming pool.  The project included integrated computer-controlled audio/video distribution, security alarm system, lighting and pool control, and temperature monitoring.  All components are controlled by touch screens or PCs.

A large condo was extensively remodeled with the inclusion of audio and video distribution systems, security system, home theater and computer networking.
